Our Warranty will cover the original repair and all parts used for 12 months.


All repairs are carried out to the highest possible standard. All completed repairs are thoroughly checked and tested before being returned. We offer a 12 months warranty on all repairs for your peace of mind. We can guarantee that we will always do our best to resolve any reported issues with a repair, however please understand that whilst all repairs are warranted for 12 months, this cannot cover any kind of physical damage (such as cracked screens or liquid damage).

Unfortunately we cannot cover the following:

  • Damage due to misuse of the device, including physical or liquid damage.
  • Issues which are unrelated to the completed work.
  • Devices which have been opened without our prior knowledge or consent.
  • Issues relating to manufacturer faults, including software issues.
  • Loss of data (please backup data prior to repair, we try our best not to delete any data)
  • Battery replacements have a 3 months warranty.

If in the unlikely event that any physical damage is found when receiving your device, this must be reported on the same day of receipt by contacting us via email. This is a very strict policy as we must follow Royal Mail's procedures for any valid insurance claims.
